Here is a short video of the sailboat fiberglass repair we made. When we bought the Vanguard 15 to add to the training fleet, I knew there was a small soft spot on the deck but was confident about fixing the fiberglass. As you will see in the video, the soft spot turned out to be a bit bigger than expected, but the blind patch method worked well. The method I used was in the sunfish manual for fixing holes in their hulls.
